Gauntlet (German, rev 6) represents another German-localized revision of the Gauntlet arcade game. As a later revision than rev 3, it likely incorporated bug fixes and gameplay tweaks. The game’s core mechanics – the cooperative dungeon-crawling gameplay involving four character classes and a top-down perspective – were preserved. The German localization made the game more accessible to the German-speaking market.  Atari Games, the original developers, likely handled this localization and revision process.
