Gauntlet II represents a significant sequel to the original, likely expanding upon the original's mechanics and story.  Developed by Atari Games, it retains the same cooperative dungeon-crawling style gameplay.  Players will still find themselves controlling diverse warrior characters, but with likely new abilities, weapons, enemies, and dungeons to explore. This sequel aimed to improve upon the original in terms of features, graphics, and overall gameplay experience.
