The US release of Psycho Soldier retains the core gameplay of the Japanese original, featuring the same fast-paced action, unique weapon system, and challenging difficulty. However, minor alterations to graphics and possibly gameplay elements may exist between the US and Japanese versions.  The game remains popular with players appreciating classic run-and-gun action.
