Street Fighter EX Plus, a refined version of Street Fighter EX, introduced several enhancements to the original, including improved balance, new characters, or gameplay adjustments.  Capcom developed and released the game. While maintaining the series' unique blend of 2D fighting and a 3D environment, EX Plus aimed to improve upon the original's elements.
