This version of Toki is a World Set variation that slightly differs from the US release, possibly in the included stages, enemies, or language options. The World Set variations show the international reach of the arcade game and its appeal beyond the American market.  These differences are more subtle and could include palette changes, minor adjustments to level layouts, and slight variations in enemy behavior.  The core gameplay of Toki remains the same, but the international releases offer a slightly different experience.
