Centipede is a classic arcade game adapted for the Game Boy. The port retains the original game's core gameplay loop, challenging the player to shoot down descending centipedes and other insects to protect a base.  This Game Boy version maintains the fast-paced action and addictive nature of its original arcade counterpart. The publisher and developer of the Game Boy version would need to be researched further.
