Advance Wars (U)(Mode7) is the US release of the acclaimed turn-based strategy game. Mode7 is the name of a ROM hacker group or the distributor of the ROM in question.  The gameplay would be identical to other versions, focusing on tactical combat and unit management in a turn-based style. Intelligent Systems developed it, and Nintendo published it.
