Pokemon Exceeded v11.5 is a further update to the Pokemon Exceeded ROM hack, built upon the original Pokemon Emerald for the Game Boy Advance. This version probably includes minor fixes, balance adjustments, or small additions to the content.  The original gameplay of turn-based battles and exploration is retained, but with major alterations to the story and characters. The developers are anonymous within the Pokemon ROM hacking community.
