Mario Kart 64 Hot Potato Battle is a ROM hack of the Nintendo 64 game, Mario Kart 64. The original game is famous for its strategic racing and item usage.  This ROM hack, however, appears to focus on a modified game mode, a "Hot Potato" style of gameplay, where players must avoid holding onto a particular item for too long.  The core mechanics of racing and drifting are likely still present.
