Pachio Kun 5 is the fifth, and possibly final, entry in the NES Pachinko game series for Japan. As a late entry in the series, it likely represented a culmination of the gameplay and features from previous installments.  It probably offered the most refined gameplay experience within the series, possibly incorporating new strategies, improved graphics, or enhanced sound.   Yet, complete information on gameplay, development, and publishing is still missing.
