Sky Kid, a classic vertically scrolling shooter, saw releases on both the Japanese and US NES. The game features similar gameplay to other shooters of the era; players pilot an airplane, shooting down enemies and collecting power-ups.  While the core gameplay remains largely consistent across regions, minor differences might exist between the Japanese and US versions.   The game offered a simple yet addictive experience popular amongst NES owners.
