Track & Field II is a sequel to the popular Konami Track & Field game. Released for the NES, it maintained the side-scrolling, button-mashing gameplay of its predecessor, challenging players to beat various track and field events.  The US version features specific graphics and gameplay that may differ slightly from the European release. The 'Rev A' version is a later revision likely correcting bugs or making minor improvements. Konami developed this game for the NES.
