Final Fantasy Origins is a compilation for the PlayStation, bringing together Final Fantasy I and II. It represents the earliest titles in the influential Final Fantasy series.  The PlayStation version offered enhanced graphics and updated gameplay mechanics compared to their original NES versions.  This compilation gave players a chance to experience the origin of a gaming phenomenon.
