Space Invaders, a classic arcade game, made its way to the Playstation in Japan. Its rich history as a foundational arcade game is well documented. The gameplay is simple yet addictive: shooting down descending waves of aliens.  The Japanese release may have included region-specific features or packaging.  Taito, the original creators, were responsible for the core gameplay and likely the port.
