Wipeout 3: Special Edition, an enhanced version of Wipeout 3, was released in Europe. Released by Psygnosis, it retained the core gameplay of the original: fast-paced anti-gravity racing on futuristic tracks. The special edition added additional content and language support (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian).  This expanded the game's reach and gave fans extra value.
