This is a beta version of Mortal Kombat 3 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in the USA region. Being a beta release, it is likely incomplete compared to the final version. It would have included bugs, and the balance between characters may have been different. The development team would have used this version to test the game extensively before the official release.  Midway Games would have developed this version.
