Darkwing Duck for the NES is an action platformer based on the Disney animated series. Players control the titular superhero Darkwing Duck as he progresses through side-scrolling levels, rescuing people and battling villains. The game blends platforming challenges with combat, featuring Darkwing's signature gadgets and abilities. The game's graphics and sound capture the cartoon's style.  Developed and published by Capcom, it was a popular licensed title for the system.
