Sonic Drift 2 is a sequel to Sonic Drift, also released for the Sega Game Gear in Japan. The game builds upon the gameplay mechanics of the original, offering improved graphics and a greater variety of tracks and characters.  As with the first game, its focus is on competitive kart racing, providing a different type of experience than the traditional Sonic platformers. Published by Sega.
